We take great pride in serving the best quality food available. All our food is prepared to order so it is fresher and therefore takes a little longer to reach your table. We hope you understand the delay and find it worth your time.

All of our meats are smoked on the premises in our own smoker. Our beef is smoked over hickory and our chicken and turkey over mesquite. In addition, we use only 100% cholesterol free canola oil in our deep fryer; a heart healthy choice.

We want you to be satisfied with you visit to the Grizzly Bear, so if things are not just right, please advise your server. Of course, we also accept compliments too.
